Here’s a list of some of the tools I use to create my cupcakes:

• KitchenAid 5-Quart Mixer (green apple!)

• Cuisinart Digital Scale (more accurate to weigh ingredients, rather than using measuring cups)

• #16 Scoop (also handy for making ice cream sundaes!)

• Cupcake Pans

• Williams Sonoma Mechanical Pastry “Bag”

• 5-Cup Sifter

• A gym membership! (cupcakes aren’t fat free!!)

• Assorted cupcake liners (not glassine-type. too thin. My favorite brand is Cupcake Creations, a bit pricey & hard to find though.)
